What happens to my existing SquareKicker subscription?

Free Trial or Basic. If your website is on an active Free Trial or active Basic plan subscription (deprecated plan), then your subscription will be canceled and upgraded to a new (as at November 2024) Solo 30 Day subscription for free. Any time left on your Basic subscription will be credited to your SquareKicker account.

Expired Personal. If your website is on an expired Free Trial, Basic, Pro, or Solo subscription, your subscription will be upgraded to a new Solo 30 Day subscription for free.

Active Solo. If your website is on an active Solo subscription, your subscription will stay the same.

Active Pro. If your website is on an active Pro subscription, your subscription will stay the same. Note that the Pro plan is a deprecated plan (as at November 2024). Customers with an active Pro plan retain their existing pricing and plan type until 2026. This includes customers who pay monthly through auto-renewal. Learn more about these pricing updates

Professional plans. If your website is on an active or expired Professional plan (Designer or Agency) your subscription will stay the same. You won't have access to the SquareKicker tools if your plan is expired, but you will be able to use your template.
